You may return unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
For quality concerns (corked wine, oxidation, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We gladly accept exchanges for different wines or vintages. Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return. If there is a price difference, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly.
