Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout and include a personalized message.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within Germany. Express delivery is available for 2-3 day delivery. EU orders typically take 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries. International shipping outside the EU is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a shipping quote.

How are wines packaged for shipping?

All wines are carefully packaged in protective boxes with insulation and individual bottle wrapping to ensure safe transit and maintain optimal temperature.

Wine Information

How should I store my wines?

Store wines in a cool, dark place at 12-15°C (54-59°F). Keep bottles on their side to keep corks moist. Avoid temperature fluctuations and direct sunlight.

What is the ideal serving temperature?

White wines: 7-10°C (45-50°F), Red wines: 15-18°C (59-64°F), Sparkling wines: 6-8°C (43-46°F). Each product page includes specific serving recommendations.

How long can I keep an opened bottle?

White wines: 3-5 days refrigerated with a cork. Red wines: 3-5 days in a cool place with a cork. Sparkling wines: 1-3 days with a wine stopper. Use a vacuum pump for longer preservation.

Are your wines organic?

Many of our wines are produced using organic and biodynamic methods. Look for the organic certification badge on individual product pages.

Do you offer wine tastings?

Can I visit the vineyard?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.

What if I receive a damaged bottle?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Can I exchange a wine for a different vintage?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days. We'll either refund or charge any price difference.
